- Appointment details – the date, time and service you are interested in.
- Health data – medical and dental information, X-rays, images and treatment photos created during your consultation and treatment at the clinic.
- Technical data – when you visit the website, your browser automatically sends technical data, such as your IP address, to the external services listed in section 6.
Our website has no contact or registration form and does not use tools to track visitors or for advertising.
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your questions and to book or change appointments.
- To carry out dental and aesthetic consultations and treatments, as well as aftercare.
- To keep your medical record, as required by health legislation.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and administrative ones.
Result photos (before and after treatment) are published on the website or on social media only with your prior consent.
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed in accordance with the legislation in force in Albania on the protection of personal data, on the following bases: providing the service you request, the clinic’s legal obligations, the provision of healthcare and, where required, your consent.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep contact details for as long as necessary to communicate with you. Medical records and treatment documentation are kept for the period required by health legislation. After this period, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. External services on the website
To run the website we use some external services, which may receive your IP address and other technical data:
- Google Maps – the map showing the clinic’s location. Google may set cookies according to its own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts – to display the website’s fonts.
- jsDelivr – to load the website’s technical files (Bootstrap).
The website also contains links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. When you open them, the privacy policy of those platforms applies. Our website does not set its own cookies.
7. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data. It may only be shared with:
- dental laboratories or specialists we work with for your treatment, only as far as necessary;
- public authorities, when required by law.

You have the right:
- to request information about and access to the data we hold about you;
- to request the correction of inaccurate data;
